This tall, industrial train station switchboard operator stool was manufactured by the Angle Steel Stool Co. The maker's mark on the underside of the seat reveals that it was distributed for the Angle Steel Stool Co. by Rolnick Steel Equipment Company in New York. The stool features an angle iron frame with cross brace foot rest, maple wood back rest, and round seat that is newly upholstered in a rich russet brown leather. The stool is height adjustable by approximately 10" from 26.5"-36.5" seat height by unscrewing the frame to set height. The back rest is also height and depth adjustable.
Good sturdy condition. The seat is newly upholstered in leather.
