This set of four model 7408 birch spindle back dining chairs were designed by Leslie Diamond for Conant Ball Furniture's Modernmates line, circa 1956. Because the Modernmates line was designed by both Leslie Ball and Russel Wright these chairs have also been attributed to Wright. The chairs are a modern, minimal take on the classic farmhouse Windsor-Style chair and work well with any design aesthetic. They feature clean slender lines with contoured seats and joinery details. These charming, sturdy, lightweight American mid-century dining chairs are sure to make the perfect addition to any dining space.
