This pair of lovely mid-century Scandinavian Modern rosewood and cane twin headboards with bed frames have been attributed to such designers as Kai Winding and Poul Hundevad, made in Denmark in the 1950s. No matter the attribution, they are a splendid example of the era's design ethos. The beds feature a sturdy rosewood frame with easy tongue and groove assembly. They breakdown to 4 pieces each. The rich, warm tones and beautiful grain pattern of the rosewood blends harmoniously with the headboard's woven cane panel adding a touch of natural elegance and texture. The footboard height is 14.5" and the under bed frame height is 9". Sold as a pair.
