This fabulous Mid-Century Modern walnut and leather lounge chair ottoman set was designed in 1956 by Mel Smilow. The chair is model no. 22 with it's matching ottoman. The lounge chair features a solid walnut curved frame with scoop seat and arms that point up creating an ergonomic seating position. Smilow's designs are highly regarded for their understated beauty, fine craftsmanship and exceptional detail present from every angle. The lounge chair and ottoman are refinished and feature a custom upholstery treatment that is fully upholstered in rich cognac leather.
