This gorgeous Mid-Century Modern gondola sofa was produced by Rowe Furniture Co. in the 1950s designed in the style of Adrian Pearsall's gondola sofa model 2640-S, the hottest selling sofa of the day. The sofa has a sculptural walnut frame with boomerang shaped accents on the corners and tapered legs. The enveloping shape of this generous sofa includes upturned upholstered arms and upholstered back accentuated by an inner seam. The sofa has been newly upholstered in a wonderful wide wale wool blend that compliments the warm walnut frame.
