This stylish Scandinavian Modern teak lounge chair was designed by Danish designer Ib Kofod-Larsen for the furniture manufacturer Selig circa 1960’s. This lounge chair features an angular teak wood frame with four large open ended slats that make up the back rest. It has often been described as the "picket back lounge chair". Another design detail is the beautifully carved flat armrests for additional comfort. The chair has two removeable cushions that are newly upholstered in light green tweed. The chair retains the recognizable Selig maker's mark on the edge of the seat frame.
This chair has been refinished and newly upholstered.
