This industrial, brushed steel and glass, medical apothecary cabinet is a handsome storage piece that can serve a multitude of uses. The cabinet dates to the 1940s when it was historically used as a doctor's or dentist's instrument cabinet. It features a brushed steel finish that produces a variegated surface patina with steel drawers and beveled glass front compartment that open with white porcelain pulls. The beveled glass top opens and lifts the interior metal tray to a slanted position that latches in place when fully opened. The height of the cabinet when fully opened is 50". The cabinet rests on four sturdy legs supported by a beautiful hour glass shaped stretcher that can accept a glass shelf for an additonal level.
Overall good functioning condition. This cabinet has been stripped to a brushed steel finish.
