This large, early 20th century, folk art, circus sideshow banner was made by Driver Brothers, Inc. Chicago IL circa the 1930's. This colorful cloth banner with presentation straps at each corner depicts "Princess Ora Mental Marvel" with the blindfolded fortune teller center stage, hand on crystal ball, surrounded by predictions. Although not signed, the banner is attributed to Fred G Johnson, the prolific sideshow banner artist dubbed the "Picasso" of circus art who painted for Driver Brothers during this period.
The banner is in original age appropriate condition with one 4” L shaped tear and various smaller holes as shown.
