This glamorous Hollywood Regency lounge chair is the "Emrpress" by Warren Lloyd for Mastercraft circa 1970s. The chair features a Chinoiserie faux bamboo brass frame in the classic form of an Asian Scholar’s or Ming-style chair. The newly upholstered seat cushion, in a segmented aubergine-tinged gray velvet, is thoughtfully squared to follow the lines of the bottom half of the chair frame.
