This chic Italian Mid-Century Modern coffee table shines with it's subtle details. The table features a thick round white marble top with exceptional flowing gray striations that rests inside a brass band border atop brass tapered legs that finish with unique offset circular feet. The brass shows a wonderful natural patina. This classic Mid Century coffee cocktail table was made in Italy in the 1950's. There is a label on the underside of the table that reads “No. 67 Fantastico Made in Italy.” The table is unsigned, but the design is similar to that of Gio Ponti.
The marble and brass are both in very good original condition, showing only light cosmetic wear, consistent with age and use.
