This ultra sleek Mid-Century Modern teak and faux leather headboard with nighstands was made by Myers Furniture in the UK circa 1960s. This minimal design features a creamy white faux leather upholstered back finished with contrasting teak piping across the mid section. The headboard includes attached teak nighstands on each side with stepped tiers. This well-made, nicely detailed headboard is ideal for a full sized bed as the space in between the nightstands is 56.5" wide. The nightstands measure 15" w x 12" d.
Myers is an extremely successful bed and furniture manufacturer in the United Kingdom, founded in 1876 by Horatio Myer. The Myers factory in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire continues to produce high quality headboards and mattresses to this day.
Overall good condition. Teak has been refinished and the vinyl is in good condition.
