This striking Mid-Century Modern wrought iron lounge chair was designed by Richard McCarthy for Selrite circa the 1950s. The chair features a wrought iron frame with spindle back and sides that is topped with a curved stained maple trim along the back that leads into armrests. These contrasting elements along with the splayed hairpin legs with capped feet create a bold yet balanced mid-century silhouette. The seat and back cushions are newly upholstered in an oatmeal beige linen blend.
