This handsome pair of industrial machinist stools circa 1940s were designed by Edward L. Koenig & Co. in the early 1920s. The model is known as the "Sit-Rite" stool that features a contoured maple seat and back on a painted green steel frame. The seat height of the stool is adjustable from 20 - 30”, overall height from 34.5 - 44.5" and the back rest height and depth are adjustable. The height is adjustable by unscrewing the frame and setting to the needed height from high chair to counter to bar use. Both the stools show their wonderful original workworn patina that will add history and character to any setting.
Good sturdy original condition with age appropriate patina.
