This striking Scandinavian Modern teak lounge chair and ottoman set was designed in 1959 by Norwegian furniture designer and architect Gerhard Berg. This model was designed for the "New Line" collection for the manufacturer P. I. Langlo. The teak frame features beautiful details like the boomerang profile with curved edges, laser precise joinery and back with slender horizontal spindles. The chair and matching ottoman are newly finished and upholstered in a soft textured heather grey tweed.
