This sculptural, fluted Doric column drum table by The Sirmos Company, draws from classical architecture, executed with a distinct Hollywood Regency flair. It is finished with hand-applied silver leaf over its multi-faceted, scalloped exterior. Each Sirmos piece was custom and the Doric drum tables were likely produced for the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach.

The Sirmos Co., which operated as an in-house foundry represented within the prestigious Donghia Showrooms, Inc. Known for high detailed craftsmanship and custom, hand-made items, the company specialized in highly unique, sculptural, and eclectic furniture. Pieces from this foundry are often appreciated by collectors as functional art and architectural sculpture.

Original condition. Structurally sound. There is wear to the silver leaf finish on the top and edges as shown.
